Say NO to being better informed in the UK.

This is just insane.  Yet another reason to decrease the ability of your government to oversee what technology they decide to allow you to have. Britain has long strayed quite close to the path of domestic fascism, and this is yet another reason to avoid the place and big brother.

I am reminded of V for Vendetta and the totalitarian society the pathetic citizens embrace in the alleged name of "security".

Thhe $50 body cap

Another Photo related link. Truly this does seem as if it's something easily done at home, and reminds me of being a kid and building my own pinhole camera with cardboard, silver tape, and a 126 film cartridge from an article in the kids magazine World. Not worth the $50, but it seems easily done at home!

The Bokeh

Now I was well aware of this technique, although I never hear of the term bokeh before, I most likely first encountered it with those Cokin filter kits from the middle age of the chemical SLR era. This seems like a nice inexpensive fun way to spice up your dSLR photos. Bonus, the camera used is the same body I have. Check it out, $25 is not that bad a price, and I like that you can get creative and make your own cutouts if you have the talent and/or motivation.

Hmm

So, I have decided to blog. I have given the idea some thought for awhile, but what really tipped me over the edge was when my pal Wordsy decided to set his own up. So here I go and wish me luck!!
